Lovely One Bedroom Garden Flat near Victoria Park, London
We’re looking for the right tenant(s) for our lovely 1 bedroom garden flat, which is on Valentine Road, just minutes walk from Victoria Park and right in the thick of things for the Olympics too!
It’s a really sunny flat, with a large living room with a great bay window and original shutters; a double bedroom again with original shutters; a recently refurbished kitchen with gorgeous slate floor, and a recently re-tiled bathroom (again with slate floor) which overlooks the garden. There’s lots of storage space, has seagrass matting in most rooms, and it’s all been recently decorated. The garden is magic – a real suntrap, which is great for lazy breakfasts or barbeques, plus there’s a little shed which is just perfect for keeping your bike in. It’s a great home for a young couple – or someone with lots of books!
Transport links are great; it’s a minute to the nearest bus stops and 5 minutes walk to the nearest overground station. There’s a Tesco store at the end of the road (the first in London apparently!), plus loads of great little local shops. Mare Street is 5 minutes walk, and Victoria Park also just a leisurely 5 mins stroll away.
Before letting the property I’d lived in it for 10 years and I can honestly say it’s a delight to live in. I’m sure that my current tenants will agree too!
The flat is unfurnished apart from a brand new sofa-bed so that friends can stay over in comfort!.
